1. Prepaid orders only
Kavay currently accepts prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Cash on delivery is not available.
2. Where we ship
We currently deliver within India only.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders within India.
4. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
5. Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days in metro cities and 5 to 9 business days in remote locations. Timings depend on your pincode and the courier. We do not currently offer express delivery.
6. Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
7. Missing or damaged parcels
Tell us within 5 days of the expected or actual delivery date at support@kavay.in. Please share your order number and, for damage, photos of the parcel and the item.
